Woodley BioReg hosts a series of community first aid courses to celebrate 21 years in business

Woodley BioReg has hosted two more first aid courses with White Rose Training at our headquarters in Birkby, Huddersfield, as part of our big birthday celebrations.

We invited local people from a range of local groups and organisations – and were delighted to see a 100% pass rate each time!

The events are part of ongoing our commitment to corporate social responsibility, as well as celebrations to mark our 21st year of trading.

The level three first-aid course included practical assessments on dealing with bleeding, choking, breathing difficulties and unconsciousness.

Dr Ash Ramzan, founder and principal consultant at Woodley BioReg said: “We think it’s essential that as many people as possible are trained in first aid and set out to make a difference in our local area.

“This way if the worst happens it’s more likely that there might be someone around who can respond and even save a life. Thank you to Alan Whiteley of White Rose Training for leading the events.”

If you represent a community group or small charity based in the Huddersfield area, please get in touch with us via enquiry@woodleybioreg.com to register your interest for any future first-aid courses. We provide an Urdu speaker to interpret at training sessions if required.
