Woodley BioReg is looking for a meticulous individual to support their Project team with all their administration requirements; and to track and monitor progress of current and future projects.
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualities and possess the necessary skills and qualifications:
Experience within an administration field.
Excellent liaison skills
Strong attention to detail.
Good verbal communication skills with a polite, clear and professional manner.
A high level of literacy skills, preferably Grade C or above GCSE in English.
IT literate and have a very good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
Ability to work to demanding deadlines, with good time management.
Good numeracy skills, preferably Grade C or above GCSE in maths.
Confident & accurate in using email and the internet.
Willing to work effectively in the team.
Ability to work in a changing and fast pace environment
Able to demonstrate problem solving ability and initiative
The role will include general office duties (e.g. distributing mail, screening phone calls, photocopying, word processing, CRM data entry, shredding, and filing), co-ordination of meetings and events, marketing material, reception duties if required, website updates and fulfilling any other administrative requirements in our busy and proactive office environment. It will also entail liaison with the project team, communicating, tracking and supporting the Project leads. It is a full time position, based in Huddersfield.
